A Heavenly Lamb Shank Recipe

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Season the lamb shanks generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large, oven-safe pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Brown the lamb shanks in batches until they are well browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
