Pashupatinath is a sacred place in Nepal. I feel lucky to be born here because of its peaceful environment located on the bank of the river in the eastern part of Kathmandu valley. The absolute date of the Pashupatinath temple construction is still uncertain. Some pagoda surrounded near Pashupatinath Temple’s existence dates back to 400 B.C written in the sculpture print.
Pashupatinath is an unmatched mix of religious, cultural, and spiritual experiences. Unlike other cultural sites or museums, Pashupatinath is called as the center of energy with active participation of people at all times of the day, every day.
“Just as a candle cannot burn without fire, men cannot live without a spiritual life.” This famous quote by Lord Buddha centuries ago is still very much prevalent today. When it comes to finding inner peace and reaching the spiritual nirvana, men have gone far and wide find the link between themselves and the almighty .It is said that only when our senses are turned inward, from the material to the spiritual, we align with the Divine and become fulfilled. Such fulfillment can be found through faith and religion whether its hinduism, christianity or Islamic, the moral and idea of all religions are same. And for most people one of the strongest spiritualities in Hindu religion is found in Pashupatinath. The below are some of the images taken by myself and downloaded from archive sites.
